Terms & Conditions

• Hotel Standard Check-in time is 13:00 (PM) hours and check-out time is 10:00 (AM) hours.
• All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Any outstanding amount on the reservation must be paid at the time of Check-in.
• This reservation is not transferable.
• Guests are required to produce an original proof of identity at the time of arrival in the Hotel. Aadhaar Card, Valid Driving License, Voter ID & Passport will be accepted.
• Visitors of guests are allowed but must be registered with the hotel. Visits are permitted only between 8 AM and 10 PM. No overnight visitors are allowed.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse a booking at its discretion.
• Hotel reserves the right to send guests away from the Hotel due to their conduct and behavior or for any other safety, security, medical reasons. This applies in particular, if Guests do not observe instructions given by Hotel employees, express themselves in a discriminating manner, harass or endanger other guests.
• No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed in the room. The Hotel reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.
• All the assets and valuables of the Hotel should be duly maintained adequately and should not be damaged or destroyed. The Hotel has the discretion to levy any charges in future if it is proven beyond doubt that such damage/destruction to the asset of the Hotel (both movable and immovable) have been done or caused by the Guest.
• The Hotel is not liable for any Injuries due to negligence on part of the guest and also not liable for any events beyond our control (natural calamities, strikes, etc.)
• The Hotel takes no responsibility for any personal possessions that are lost, stolen or misplaced whilst on the premises due to the acts and omissions of the guests themselves.
• Lost property found on the premises is logged and kept in a secure location for a period of three (3) months. Thereafter items are disposed of. The Hotel accepts no responsibility for contacting individuals in relation to lost property. Perishable items retrieved from rooms after check out are only held until close of business that day.
• Claimed items can be collected from the hotel with valid identification or alternatively the hotel can arrange postage on behalf of the guest at their expense.
• The Hotel is not responsible for damage or disappearance of vehicles kept in the parking area. The hotel is obliged to clearly express in the parking area that the area is not supervised and the hotel is not responsible for the property kept in there.
• We reserve the right to Cancel or modify a reservation and Change room pricing or services at any time.
• Guests are not allowed to bring the following inside the hotel premises:
  1. Animals, birds, etc.
  2. Things giving off foul smell
  3. Articles exceeding the normal amount that can be carried into a hotel
  4. Guns, swords, any type of weapons, etc
  5. Explosives, or articles containing volatile oils that may ignite or catch fire
  6. Any other articles that may pose a threat to the safety of other guests staying in the Hotel

All website content, including text, images, and logo, is the property of Riomar Beach Resort and may not be used without permission. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Goa courts.
