Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Riomar Beach Resort, we strive to provide a fair and transparent cancellation process for our guests.


1. Guest-Initiated Cancellation


  • Cancellations made  30 Days before the check-in date are eligible for 80 % Refund
  • Cancellations made 7 Days before the check-in date are eligible for 50 % Refund
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date may be non-refundable or may incur a cancellation fee depending on the room type and season.


No-Show Policy

If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date, the booking will be treated as a No-Show, and no refund will be issued.


Early Check-Out

Early departures may be subject to charges for the remaining nights.


2. Refund Timeline

If eligible for a refund:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.
  • For Manual processing of Refunds, Guests may have to provide Account details. 


3. Booking Modifications

Requests to modify booking dates or room types are subject to availability and may result in tariff changes.


4. Hotel-Initiated Cancellation

Riomar Beach Resort may cancel a reservation due to:

  • Technical issues
  • Maintenance or operational requirements
  • Emergencies or unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, guests will receive:

A full refund, or An option to rebook for another date (subject to availability)
